No words...

Napoleon Dynamite or Kanye West??? Neither??? Wow...these are special!! Thanks, mother-in-law...you shouldn't have. =) This is my more than awsome sister-in-law, Kattie Jo in the picture with me. We could not get enough of these sun glasses her Mom bought us, they are too funny. I did not leave the back yard with these on, Kattie Jo... I can not say the same, she wore them in public...not me I wouldn't wear them to the mail box...if you know what I mean...yikes!! Anyways it is the thought that counts...right???

Baby Shower...HeLp???

I am throwing a baby shower for my bestfriend. This is my first time to throw any type of shower, so I am looking for any advice.?. Maybe, you had one of your own or a friend of yours had one??...Games to play other than...the one where all the guest try and measure out yarn/toilet paper, they think would fit around the prego's belly. I am over this one! =)
Leslee, I just know you are full of idea'S!! Spill them. BTW... I do want a diaper cake, any pointers?? It's a boy, if that helps!

Camel Jockey

A day at the zoo with Liam and my nephew Isaiah...
Two weeks ago we spent the weekend in Birmingham, AL visiting my Aunt Ruth (also my Grandmother "GG" was in town from PA) who was kind enough to treat us all to a day at the ZOO. So as you can see Liam and I rode a CAMEL, carousel, and train. The two boys were in absolute heaven. Liam talks about going back to see Aunt Ruth and her Zoo, on a daily basis. Aunt Ruth & Uncle Will are number #1 in the boys book right now. Notice the animals...they were almost to close for comfort, but they did well for my camera. Thank you, Aunt Ruth I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!!

Baby Blue

Liam would not look at my camera so I told him to make his "eye balls big" and it seemed to work...I got a good shot.

Spoiled rotten, yikes!!

This is just a mere smidge of the amount of toys we have these days. Any suggestions on how NOT to get talked into buying a 3yr old a toy EVERY time we go somewhere?? This is just getting out of hand, it started out with toys $5 and under, but now Liam's request seem to be getting bigger and bigger. How do you teach a 3.3year old about money?? Liam has grandparents galore, who do buy him alot of things, but now he expects something out of me EVERY time and I don't want to be the bad guy. ( I know I am the parent, but geeze.) I love to being able to buy Liam things, but I just know this cannot be teaching him, anything good. Any advice????

BFF

This is a picture of my BFF Karen (prego, hooray) in the middle and our friend Stacy on the left at Karen and Joe's(her husband) house warming party. BTW She really racked up!!(I am just saying) I for one did not have one but..WOW! People were very generous considering the economy.=) It was a wonderful party and we all had a great time seeing all the hard work that had been put into the house before they moved in...which was incredible! Everything looked brand new again. A++++ Congrats Pless family. We can not wait for Bobbiewayne-small town boy. hahaha...Karen gets so mad when I call him that...=O Don't you love friends???Karen's husband and my husband are also BFF so we always have a blast when we get together. With kids or without. =) Good times, Good times.

Brother

Here are two guys, I could not live without... my brother A.K.A. "Uncle C" and his son, my nephew, Isaiah. "Two peas in a pod" I need to post some pictures, I recently came across of Isaiah before he was 2yrs old that are precious. =) This little boy stole my heart the day he was born, which happened to be my 20th birthday! That is just one more reason why I feel an extreme connection to Isaiah. My brother and I were close before, but him being a single Dad, has definitely kept us that way.

Back to the picture that was taken of Isaiah's, after his school function last week. A little father & son goofing off time, gotta love it!

So Long...

So much has been going on lately, I do not know where to begin? Maybe I will just go with the first that pops in my head, this could be dangerous... so let's see. =)
BTW...Unless you are completely bored beyond your mind DO NOT READ this post or you will miss seconds off of your life you could have used doing something productive other than reading this post...
AHEM...
Our beloved dog Kane was put to sleep. =( This dog was like a family member to us and we miss her very, very, much. Kane Grider was our 12yr old pit bull, the poor dog developed a terrible allergy causing her to scratch contently (causing her to bleed) She was absolutely miserable. My mother-in-law had been keeping her at her house since, that is where Kane had lived for so long. Resulting in my M-I-L to take Kane to the vet to get "treated" little did we ALL know, she was not coming back home. =(
I really would have like to bury her somewhere nearby. Not to sound crazy, I just LOVE DOGS. I cried like a little girl over this dog when I found out...so so sad. Luke bought her when she was a precious little puppy. I remember Luke going camping when she was a PUP and I got to keep her at my Mom and Dad's house, while he was away, Kane pooped on my pillow in the middle of the night ={ It was definitely a low point in my life. For fun I threw in a picture of her friends Terk and Luda...look how they miss her =(

I guess puppies and bed's do not mix? Shhheeew!! Anyways, she had been mans best friend ever since. She was very motherly, she helped raise my chihuahua Kelsey Grace, Terk ( our other PB also still living with M-I-L), Little Joe the M-I-L blue healer and Luda the male tea cup chihuahua. Now Terk and Luda are completely lost without thier momma Kane. She was a very intelligent dog. If you were sitting in "her seat" she would make you think she wanted outside so when you got up to let her outside she would jump in "her seat" before you could blink. ; ) She could be very stubborn. Her face could form a smile of delight, just at the right moment... everytime. She loved to be loved. This is one dog Luke and I will never forget. Liam actually gave Terk a big hug and said to him..."Terk, Luda...it is ok...Kane will be right back...tomorrow"
