Sillybutt

This is Liam before his bath lastnight. For some odd reason Liam can be a grouch ALL day but come bed time or dark even he becomes so ADHD. He ran laps through the house jumping over everything saying "Watch this!!" When it comes to actually using this towel for its actuall purpose, he wants nothing to do with the hood. Strange I thought. Sillybutt.

My Grandma

Shout out to my Grandmother aka "G G" her birthday was Tuesday, she turned 91. =) you go GIRL!! =)This was the Moyer family last year celebrating her big 90th. What a crew. I cannot believe a year has gone by already. These people mean so much to me and are so far away. = ( Holiday seasons always makes me miss them even more. My grandma is a wonderful vibrant woman who could run circles around most anyday.=) I wish her many, many, many, MANY more birthdays to come. I would love for Liam to get to know her better. Mush, mush, mush, sap, sap, sap, better stop before I cry. ; )...love you, G G!

!

Leslee...hope you like =)

Drum rolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll..............ta da!!!! Here she is my New/Old trunk. I love it. This wall is in bad shape (the little tiny G on the wall, is not there for real I was goofing..) SO now, my newest quest is for something to put above this trunk. Tons of ideas...I guess...I will know when I see it. By the way Liam's new/old bunk beds are done being painted RED and he loves them.= ) Yay, Mommy. I need to post those as well.

Happy Fall

I dressed the boys up last Saturday and took them to the woods!! That sounded creepy. heheh. What I was trying to accomplish was capturing some candid moments in the beautiful fall leaves. The most amazing leaves were all over town so I drove to few remote locations and had the boys get out and play. The sun was working against me that day and so were the height of some of the trees. The most beautiful leaves were way to tall to be the boys background so I did the best I could. So here is 4 out of 100. Maybe another photo session wouldn't hurt, since practice does make perfect. This photography thing is fun. =)

Trash or Treasures?

Trash or treasures? is the question. I was donated these items from a family member (on Luke's side of the family) in hopes I could transform these things into something I could actually use for my house. Well the mirrors have me stumped? Help...what to do?what to do? The legs do come off, by the way. Next the rectangle item is...yes...you guessed it... A trunk. I love the trunk, just not sure what color to go with? I love earth tones, but I thought this could use a "POP" of color? What do you think? Last but not least the shelves. FYI: I just painted two other wooden shelves chocolate brown, so I wanted to do something a little different to these three. I would love your opinion Amanda & Leslee ; ) Anyone else is welcome. =)

Boys

Where do kids get these things?? Today, Liam asked me "Why do girls go to his BOY school?"," Why don't they go to their OWN school!?!?" ... Where in the world? That was random, school was yesterday?? He loves girls... so I had thought? Parris is his bestfiend, & I am his favorite.?. Do you think boys really are born like this? Or it is because there are 9 GIRLS and only 4 boys in his class? hhhmmmmmm????I may never know?...boys... gotta love them. =)

Aren't they a HOOT?

Thought I would post my Dad's birthday cupcakes I made. Usually, I do not get crafty in the kitchen but these little OWLs are too cute and easy. Yummy too =)

Trick or treat?

Trick or Treat? Not this year. Liam had a Halloween parade at school last week. The kids got all dressed up and then walked to a local dentist office right by the school. This was such a fun thing to watch. I planned so hard for this day, but I managed to leave the battery to my camera at home. So disappointing. =( I got a picture when we got home. Little did I know this would be the only time Liam would dress up. The day of Halloween Liam REFUSED to dress up (he said he "already did!") I never knew my kid would be such a Scrooge at Halloween. Should have figured last year he wasn't into it either. If he only knoew how dern cute he was all decked out. I guess next year Mommy or Daddy will have to wear a costume.

Sleepy head.

We are currently transitioning our computer room into Liam's new big boy bedroom. The computer room is much larger than his baby bed room. This process has taken longer than I had expected. The beds we are using were Luke's when he was a kid. Therefore the beds "bunk beds" needed some TLC. I went and bought some RED paint for these bad boys. The wood finish on these just were not my cup a tea. I finally finished painting the bare walls and finished ONE of the two beds. Lastnight we set the bed up and Liam got to sleep in his NEW, not quite finished yet big boy bed. (Just to be clear Liam has always slept in the bed with us, but has lately showed signs of interest in a bed of his own.) Anywhoo, here is a picture from lastnight of Liam sleeping. Bless he little bitty body.
